You must be 18 or older at the time of your tattoo session.

All deposits must be paid through my website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay & Afterpay online. Balance can be paid in cash or Card.

By paying the booking fee, you agree that the deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final cost on the day of your appointment. It can be used to reschedule one time. You must provide more than 72 hours' notice to reschedule with the same deposit; this is to ensure that the spot can be filled with another client.

Since this doesn't provide sufficient time to find another client to fill the spot, your deposit will be forfeited.

Whether you’ve decided to get a tattoo or are still deciding, here are some tips to help you prepare:

Get a Good Night’s Sleep: Arrive well-rested.
Eat and Hydrate: Have a filling breakfast and stay hydrated to avoid dizziness or fainting.
Be Clean: Shower beforehand and wear clean clothes, footwear, and deodorant.
Wear Appropriate Clothing: Choose comfortable, loose clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area and can get ink stains.

Preparation for your skin:
Moisturise: Apply moisturiser at least once a day daily for up to 7 days before your appointment. Stop one day prior.
Shave: Shave the area the day before, avoiding cuts or damage.

Essentials to Bring:
Snacks and Drinks: We have a fridge you can use to store any food. We also have a Polynesian Takeaway next door which is open Thurs-Sun and a SPAR across the road.
Headphones: Should you wish to listen to your own music or podcasts.
Photo ID: Be prepared to show identification if requested.

-Please do not arrive intoxicated - Tattooing under the influence is illegal. You'll be turned away and lose your booking fee.
-Do not change design or placement last minute - Please notify me well in advance. Last-minute changes may require a new appointment and forfeiture of fees.
-Avoid making long private phone calls. You’re more than welcome to pop out for a quick break. Laughing excessively can cause movement and increase the risk of mistakes. Please refrain from inviting me to join your video calls or engaging in lengthy private conversations, as they can create awkward situations.

Immediate Aftercare
-Remove wrap when you get home.
-Wash hands thoroughly before touching the tattoo.
-Clean the tattoo gently with lukewarm water and mild, fragrance-free soap. Pat dry with clean paper towel or air dry.

Daily Care
-Apply a thin layer of ointment or unscented lotion. I recommend Bepanthen Tattoo Ointment.
-Clean and moisturise 2-3 times a day to prevent dryness and itching.
-Avoid sun exposure to the tattoo.
-Wear loose clothing to prevent irritation.

General Tips
-Avoid soaking in pools, hot tubs, and baths for 2-3 weeks.
-Don't scratch or pick: Itching is normal, but scratching or picking at scabs can cause infection and affect the healing process, let them fall off naturally to avoid scarring and ink loss.
-Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
-Light exercise is usually okay, but avoid strenuous activities that cause excessive sweating or friction on the tattooed area for at least 1-2 weeks.

Long-Term Care
-Use sunscreen on the healed tattoo to prevent fading.
-Continue moisturising regularly.

Signs of Infection
-Persistent redness and swelling: Consult a doctor.
-Discharge or foul odour: Seek medical attention.
-Fever : Contact a healthcare professional immediately.

Common Aftercare Products
-Bepanthen Tattoo Ointment
-Unscented moisturisers (Natural Coconut Oil)
-Mild, fragrance-free antibacterial soap

Remember, everyone’s skin heals differently, so it’s essential to pay attention to your body and follow these aftercare steps to ensure your Tattoo heals properly and retains its vibrant appearance. If in doubt, always consult a medical professional.

Due to limited space in our studio, you may bring one support person if necessary. However, we prefer you come alone to your appointment to avoid distractions for other clients and artists in the studio.

Limited parking is available in the carpark lot, but ample off-street parking is available.
